Once your Bid is Placed, it cannot be rescinded.    

A 18% buyer's premium and 8.25% sales tax will be added to all sales. 

There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. 

We are here to work with you if you get a product that was not pictured correctly or damaged.  

We accept Zelle, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. NO checks will be accepted.   


STANDARD PICK UP is Saturday and Sunday ONLY. APPOINTMENTS are PREFERRED to ensure a seamless process when arriving to retrieve items. However, you are welcome to walk during standard pick up ONLY! Omnivance's appointment system will send a reminder of your pick up time. Our employees are happy to gather your items. The Buyer is responsible for carrying and loading larger merchandise to their vehicle. 

All items must be picked up or have a pick up appointment scheduled before the following Sunday or your items will be Forfeited.


There will be NO Refunds for Forfeited items that are Relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up within the assigned time windows. Contact Omnivance to request a hold on your items until the next bidding cycle. 

Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy should it be not functioning or if a defect was not noted in description. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Omnivance does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. Items may consist of scuffs and scratches that may have not been noted in listing - all major issues if any will be noted


You have 3 Days after item pick up to let us know if there is something wrong with an item. (This only applies to items labeled as New or Like NEW)  


Shipping is offered for most items. Please note that the description will state if shipping is not applicable to the LOT. Please read carefully. If the shipping option is selected, you have inherently accepted our terms and conditions for authorizing payment for shipping/postage to be charged using the same method of payment used when registering. 

Item Condition Definitions

New

Unsold merchandise with no signs of use.

Open Box - Not Tested

Unsold merchandise with minimal signs of handling.

Open Box - Tested

Merchandise that has been repaired to full functionality but may have signs of wear or use unless otherwise specified.

Excellent

Merchandise with signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.

Used - Good Condition

Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to resale.

Customer Loyalty

1. Earn 1 stamp for every auction that has a successful purchase and customer pickup/shipment.

2. Collect 10 stamps to receive a $10 off reward to use on your next auction purchase.

3. This card, stamps, and rewards are valid indefinitely.

4. This card can only be used at Omnivance LLC dba Omnivance.

5. Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.

6. Cards are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other cards.

7. Omnivance reserves the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.

Reward redemption is for purchase price totaling $15.00 or more.
