How do I register for the program?
Register for Omnivance’s Customer Loyalty Program by scanning the QR code
or by registering at https://go.omnivance.biz/rewards

How do I earn stamps?
Register, Bid and Successfully Pick Up or Ship your winning items to receive a stamp. Continue to do this until you attain 10 stamps. Once you earn 10 stamps you will receive a $10 Reward to deduct from your Auction Settlement.

how do I redeem my $10 reward?
When you are ready to redeem your $10 reward, register for the next auction and be sure to specify in the notes section that you have a reward to redeem. You may also contact Omnivance at angelm@omnivance.biz BEFORE the auction closes.
I can’t get into my account, I didn’t save my information to my wallet on my phone. How can I access it?
If you find yourself in this situation, please send an email to Omnivance at angelm@omnivance.biz that you need access to your customer rewards account. You will receive a link that will allow you access and you will then be able to add your rewards to your wallet. DO NOT create another reward account.
